Bellevue Hill House

Over the years this house has been subjected to many additions and it was easier to rebuild using the original planning envelope of the home. The design of the Porte Cochere with moulded parapet and flanked with classical columns draws attention towards the residence and serves as a threshold to the entry door situated at the side of the house. Most rooms were redesigned, the entrance hall made wide, the roof line redesigned with different eaves, new architraves were added, all doors and windows were replaced and string molding placed at the first floor level. A new terrace was built and new balconies were designed with wrought iron decoration specific to the appearance of the house.
